Pegasus toy is equipped with dildo. It is moving forward-backward and flapping wings.
The Porta drive is used for moving the Pegasus toy. Long shaft allows to place Pegasus far (25" = 70 cm) from the base drive.
So, it seems like an independent Pegasus motions.
