The Stand machine works on high frequencies, and it has a mighty Power, so, in case of incorrect use, it may cause a serious body damage!
Never touch the moving parts of Stand during work – it’s dangerous!
Never make some readjusting of height, angle, stroke etc., when the machine is switched on – it’s dangerous!
Always plug off the Power cable off the circuit for any readjusting procedure!
Never pull the cables from Terminal box, or Drive, or Remote control – there is high Voltage! In case of cable damage – it may short-circuit! It is very dangerous for a human!
In case of some malfunctions or some unusual noise, or overheating – switch off the machine and plug it off the circuit. Then – see “POSSIBLE MALFUNCTIONS”.
Before every use, check all bolts attachments to be tightened. If some joints became loosen – tight it again. (During work, because of vibration, some joints may loosen themselves. Check it before use!).
The purchase of STAND machine indicates agreement that the owner of said item is solely responsible for the safe use of it!
SPECIFICATION.
Stand is a stationary Fucking machine, allowing wide range of working frequencies, and various height and angle positions.
Overall dimensions: (height x width x length) =
~37" x 16" x 28" (93cm x 40cm x 70cm)
Weight : ~ appr.12 kg.
AC drive: 220 V AC (or 120 V AC);
Power source: 220 V AC (or 120 V AC);
Motor power: 450 Watt;
Frequency: 0 - 360 RPM adjustable;
Stroke: 2" - 9" (5cm - 22cm) adjustable;
Remote control operated (On/off, frequency adjusting).
Unpack the parcel. Take the Base of support and place it on the floor.
Take the Vertical Leg(Pole). (See animated Pic.3-1.) Hold it vertically and attach it to the Base with 4 bolts. (See pic.2., Pic.6 – Pos. Vertical Leg attachment.) For this procedure – loosen the bolts of attachment plates on Base, to insert the Vertical Leg betveen the attachment plates of Base .
Push through 4 bolts (4 bolts are preinserted), and screw them with nuts and washers and lock-washers.
Align the Vertical Leg vertically. Tighten bolts.
Take the Horizontal bar (with drive)
(See. animated pic. 3-2.) Attach the Horizontal bar to the Vertical Leg in need position (height and angle) with two (big) bolts, with “wing nuts”(See. Pic.3, Pic.6.).
These 2 bolts will be used to adjust the working height and angle.
ASSEMBLING THE DRIVE - SHAFT
Don’t plug in Power cable into circuit before the assembling procedure! (You may check the work of Drill, but plug it off before assembling!).
Attach the Connecting rod – shaft assembly
. Take this assembly from the pack. The shaft may be lubricated, be careful!
(See pic. 2.) Insert the shaft in the hole of Plastic Guide in front of Horizontal bar (push it though in forward direction. The Connecting Rod must swinging free.)
Disc attachment (See Pic. 4. “Drill drive attachment”.) Take the Disc (packed in cardboard pack).
Screw the Disc on the Drill axle joint (See pic.4).
Check the disc to be attached tightly, and positioned parallel to the Horizontal bar. (If not parallel – loosen the Holder Arcs of Drill and align it as necessary. Screw again tightly.)
Check the disc to rotate free (with drive axle) by hand.
(Note: The drive is adjusted to rotate only counterclockwise.(looking on a disc from the front view). In this rotation direction the disc will never unscrew itself. But check it to be screwed as tight as possible.)
Attach the back Joint of Connecting Rod to the Disc (Pic.2., Pic.4). Unscrew the nut from Joint axle thread, take away lock washer and ONE washer. Second big washer must be on the axle!
(See Pic.4, Pic.4-1”Joint Axle Assembling”) Push through the axle thread through the one of eccentric holes in disc, and put on the thread the washer, lock washer and nut (from the back side of Disc). Screw the nut tightly.
(Chose the medium eccentric hole for beginning testing. It means – test the machine with medium stroke in the beginning, not maximum!)
Check that the axle of Connecting Rod and Shaft allows the Rod to swing in vertical plane (parallel to the disc). (if not – adjust the Rod to be parallel to the Disc, by unscrewing the Rod nut on the Joint. Screw the nut again tightly.)
Check the Disc to rotate by hand, and the Shaft – to stroke freely inside the Plastic Guide.
Lubricate the Shaft with some lubrication (grease). Turn the disc several cycles to lubricate the whole length of shaft. And check it to slide free.
Screw on the Vac-U-Lock on the end of shaft.
TESTING
Check all bolts attachments to be tighten before switching on the machine.
Check Disc to rotate free, and shaft to slide free, without any jamming!
Check the Remote Control Switch to be switched off!
Plug in the Power cable to circuit.
Switch On the machine with Remote Control switch. In minimum frequency position - some slow rotation of disc is possible without of load.
Add some frequency (slow) with Frequency Regulator of remote control, and check the machine to work free, without jamming of shaft in Plastic Guide, etc.
! Don’t allow high frequency (higher then 350 RPM)! The vibration and jumping of machine may occur!
Regulate frequency with Remote Control regulator, and check the work of machine.
If some problems, knocking, noise, or overheating - switch off the On-Off switch, and Plug Power Cable out of circuit. Check the correctness of assembling.
If OK – run the machine on different frequencies, to check its work.
ADJUSTING
Height Adjusting
. (See Pic.2, Pic.3.) Unscrew two “wing nuts” of bolts of “Height Adjusting Plate” on Horizontal bar. Hold the Horizontal bar by hands (it’s heavy!) and pull it with these two bolts off the holes of Vertical pole. Place Horizontal Bar to need height and push 2 bolts in new holes of Vertical pole. Screw on two “wing nuts”, and tighten them by hand.
Height may be adjusted from 5" to 33" (13cm - 85 cm);
adjustment step - ~ 2" (5 cm).
Angle Adjusting
. Unscrew Upper bolt “wing nut” and loosen the Lower bolt nut. Pull off the Upper bolt, Turn the Horizontal bar to necessary position (angle) and fix it by bolt in corresponding hole of “Heigh-Angle adjusting Plate”.
Angle may be adjusted :
0 - 60 degrees up;
0 - 45 degrees down.
Step of adjustment – 15 degrees.
Stroke Adjusting
. (See pic.2.) Unscrew the nut of Joint axle on back side of disc. Move the Joint axle to another hole, and screw the nut again.
Stroke may be adjusted from 2" to 9" (5cm - 22cm).
Frequency adjusting
. Adjust frequency by Frequency Regulator on Remote control (Pic.2.).
CAUTION! Frequency without load may be higher, than under load! Without load, frequency may rise higher than stated maximum 350 RPM! Don’t allow to run machine at higher frequency, because vibration and jumping may occur!
Under load (in use) adjust frequency by gradually increasing it from minimum RPM (0) to needed RPM.
Extended shaft assembling
. (The extended shaft is in pack with Connecting-Rod – Shaft assembly.) Disassemble the standard shaft - unscrew nuts of joint, and remove the standard shaft. Insert the extended shaft in Plastic Guide hole, and assemble it with joint, by two nuts. Tighten nuts, and align the joint to swing parallel to disc. Attach the Vac-U-Lock, and fix it with nut.
Assembling vertical position
. (See pic.10) Disassemble Horizontal bar from the Vertical pole. Disassemble the vertical pole from base. Insert the back end of horizontal bar into the attachment plates on the base. Screw in 4 bolts. Align it vertically and tighten bolts.
Horizontation of support
. The front leg of Support has two bolts on the bottom side, for adjusting the horizontal position of Support on a floor.
USE
Before use, see all WARNINGS in the beginning of this manual! SAFE IS FIRST!!!
Don’t touch, or be near moving parts (disc, connecting rod, shaft) during work of machine!
Don’t allow somebody else to touch or be near moving parts!
Don’t allow somebody to touch Remote control during adjusting procedure!
For more guarantee, plug off the power cable from circuit, before adjusting procedure, or assembling!
Check all attachments to be tight before every use!
Dont pull, or stumble over the cables of machine! It may shot-circuit on a support body! HIGH VOLTAGE!
Use the machine for pleasure.
HARNESS ASSEMBLING
Be sure, that machine is switched off (from circuit) before assembling the Harness!
(See Pic.7, “Harness parts”) Take the Back Leg of Harness parts (Back leg has two rubber heels on its ends.) Attach the Back Leg to the back end of Horizontal Bar (insert two bolts of Back leg in two holes in the end of bar, and screw the nuts tightly).
(See animated Pic.7-1, “Assembling Harness”)
Remove the white plastic part under the Horizontal Bar front end. It “holds” two bolts for Front Leg attachment.
Take the front leg (it has two big holes on ends), and attach it to the front end of Horizontal Bar. Screw nuts tightly.
Take the Arc, remove two bolts (unscrew) from Arc ends (it is just plugs, indicating the positions, where the screw rods must be screwed in). Take the Screw Rods and screw them in this holes. There are metal nut inside of the Arc. Screw the rod till the end of hole. Both Rods the same way.
Disassemble the Horizontal bar from the Support and put it on a floor (table).
Attach the Arc to the Front Leg
. Unscrew the first “Wing” nut from the Screw Rods – second “Wing” nut must remain on the Rod (it is for length adjustment). Insert both Rods in two holes in Front Leg. Screw on “wing” nuts to fix it.
Adjust the length of Rods (distance to the Arc) to be convenient. Dildo must stroke just under the Arc. Find optimal position. (to adjust the length – loosen the “wing” nuts and unscrew them to the optimal position. Screw them to fix the Rods.
Check the work of Harness. Keep the Remote Control in hand while work.
PUTTING ON the HARNESS.
Unfastened the Waist Belt from the Arc. Put on the Waist Belt on the waist and fastened it. Find the optimal size.
(see Pic 8, “Putting on the harness”) Lean your back to the Arc and fastened two side Belts to the Waist belt. Find optimal belts length (tightly).
Check the dildo position. It must not be too close or too far. If necessary – take off the Harness (unfasten two belts), and readjust the distance of Arc from the Horizontal Bar.
Turn on the Remote Control switch and check the work of Harness on the low speed.
Use. (But remember all Warnings!) Keep the Remote Control in hand, to switch it off if necessary!
